Job summary

PA Consulting is looking for (Senior) Business Designers / Enterprise (IT) Architects to strengthen our Business Design Team in the Netherlands. The role involves collaborating with clients on business, IT, and cultural changes, as well as leading enterprise architecture initiatives.

Successful candidates will have a strong consulting background and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. The position offers hybrid working with at least 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of consulting experience with a solid track record in delivering successful projects.
• Experience in Financial / Professional Services, Manufacturing and/or public sector.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise, Domain or Solution Architect.

Our Business Design Services team undertakes challenging projects that involve organisational design specialisms, from strategic business operating models, organisational design and technology strategy to the underlying IT architectures. We are looking for (Senior) Business Designers / Enterprise (IT) Architects to strengthen our Business Design Team in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients in integrated business, IT and cultural change processes.
• Manage stakeholders and support organisational change, playing a leading role within teams.
• Contribute to sales initiatives and thought leadership to expand competencies and secure new assignments.
• Lead on enterprise, domain and solution architecture, creating end‑to‑end architecture across business, application, data and infrastructure domains.
• Diagnose issues with client teams, design and deliver solutions for complex challenges.
• Translate vision into concrete actions and deliverables within projects, work streams and programmes.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of consulting experience with a solid track record in delivering successful projects.
• High‑level expertise in business and technology architecture concepts, especially in one or more of our specialisms.
• Experience working with clients in Financial / Professional Services, Manufacturing and/or the public sector.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience platforms, Integration platforms, Rapid Application Development frameworks, Digital Marketing / Automation, and Data Analytics.
• Clear vision of digital and technology trends and their impact on organisations.
• Strong skills in creating, reviewing and integrating end‑to‑end architecture within business, application, data and infrastructure domains.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise, Domain or Solution Architect.
• Experience in modelling business processes and as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, coupled with strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to work internationally and a team‑player mindset.
