Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a results-oriented AI Natives EAE based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model (Amsterdam, Stockholm, or Copenhagen). • 8+ years of quota-carrying field experience in highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets.

• Strong learning mindset and commitment to professional development.
• Willing to maintain in-office presence (3+ days/week) in the assigned territory.
