Job summary

NN in The Hague is seeking a Senior Engineer Devices & Peripherals to design, automate and improve the endpoint ecosystem, combining Apple management, Azure automation and hardware expertise. You will work hands-on while shaping ways of working, aligning stakeholders and reducing single points of failure.

You’ll join a high-performing team in The Hague, collaborating with Digital Workplace engineers, Security, Support and Facilities to drive standards and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in endpoint or modern workplace engineering.
• Strong experience with Apple technologies (macOS, iOS management).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and automation solutions.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash and Zsh.
• Knowledge of endpoint hardware and lifecycle management.
• Security, compliance and operational excellence in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to simplify complexity via automation and standardisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain modern macOS and Mobile workplace solutions.
• Develop and operate Azure-based automation for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Automate recurring operational activities and standardise processes.
• Validate and manage endpoint hardware and peripherals for security and performance.
• Contribute to meeting-room technology, hardware, software and integrations.
• Drive lifecycle management and compliance across the Devices & Peripherals portfolio.
• Create clear technical documentation, runbooks and handovers.
• Collaborate with Digital Workplace, Security, Architecture, Support, Facilities and suppliers.
• Set technical direction and mentor colleagues.
• Share knowledge to reduce dependency on single experts.
