Job summary

KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking a senior embedded software testing engineer to define and maintain test methodologies across FPGA, embedded software, and hardware.

You will build test benches, select tools, execute regression tests, and report results to support internal reviews and customer confidence. The role requires 10+ years in embedded testing, with 5+ years on STM32, Raspberry Pi and Linux, plus strong Python test automation and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software testing.
• At least 5 years with embedded systems (STM32, Raspberry Pi, Linux).
• Experience with CI/CD and automated regression testing.
• Solid knowledge of test design techniques, levels, and traceability.
• Familiarity with USB, UART, SPI and I2C protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the test methodology and infrastructure for embedded products across FPGA, embedded software, and hardware.
• Select and maintain suitable test frameworks and tools.
• Build and maintain test benches, fixtures, and hardware setups.
• Execute test scenarios and provide test reports for internal reviews and customer confidence.
• Identify, investigate, and document defects with reproduction steps and reports.
• Establish traceability between requirements, tests, defects, and release criteria.
• Define and execute release validation tests and CI/CD regression tests.
• Improve product testability through better logging, diagnostics, and instrumentation.
