Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced EHS Campus Lead to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety for a major hyperscale data centre campus in Groningen, Netherlands. This senior role reports to the Regional EHS Director and leads a multi-project EHS team.

You will develop the campus EHS strategy, ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and client requirements, drive audits and investigations, and promote a proactive safety culture with project leaders, contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within major construction or mission-critical projects.
• Proven leadership as EHS Campus Lead / Senior EHS Manager or similar role.
• Experience on large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, industrial or complex infra projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Environmental, Health & Safety activities across a major hyperscale data centre campus.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the campus EHS strategy.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for a team of EHS Managers, Advisors and Officers.
