Job summary

Commerce-UI is seeking an experienced eCommerce Consultant to be the strategic voice for clients, sitting beside founders, Heads of eCommerce and CMOs to shape roadmaps and drive revenue. You will translate business problems into actionable eCommerce strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce.
• Strong grasp of modern commerce stacks (Shopify, headless, CMS, subscriptions, loyalty, OMS/ERP).
• Strategist, not a project manager; run roadmap conversations.
• Data-driven with ability to read analytics dashboards and CAC/LTV models.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients post-launch, including quarterly business reviews and roadmap sessions.
• Diagnose client problems to build focused roadmaps and productized solutions.
• Bridge strategy with design/tech teams; translate business outcomes into actionable briefs.
