Job summary

Empiric is seeking an exceptional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architect to lead complex end-to-end implementations and migrations across the Dynamics ecosystem. You’ll translate intricate business needs into scalable technical designs, guide developers and consultants, govern architecture, and drive go-live readiness with stakeholders across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architect or similar senior role.
Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations and migrations.
Strong architectural expertise across Dynamics 365 modules, Dataverse and the Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations across the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
Drive complex migrations and platform modernisation from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CE.
Define scalable solution architectures across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Power Platform.
Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants, setting architectural standards.
Shape integration strategies involving Dataverse, Azure services and enterprise systems.
Influence senior stakeholders to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.
Own architectural governance including risk, security, scalability and long-term sustainability.
