Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Technical Operations roadmap covering Engineering, Validation, Automation, Maintenance and Facilities.
• Establish governance and clear prioritization across disciplines to align with growth.
• Lead asset lifecycle and infrastructure modernization with CapEx prioritization.
• Ensure high production uptime through preventive maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Oversee GMP compliance, validation strategies, change control, and audit readiness.
• Lead managers across Technical Operations and build a resilient, change-ready team.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are embedded in daily operations.
