Job summary

Nutanix is seeking an experienced Attorney and compliance leader to build an international compliance presence and lead global programs across EMEA and APJ. You will design a modern program that enables business, mitigates risk, and simplifies compliance for colleagues, partners and customers, reporting to the VP, Ethics & Compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in compliance or legal roles.
Experience operating in the EMEA/APJ region.
JD (or equivalent) degree and local license requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of two compliance program managers in EMEA.
Lead Nutanix’s EMEA and APJ Ethics & Compliance program, building training, policies, controls and monitoring.
Collaborate with regional leaders, Finance, HR and Legal to raise awareness of programs.
Provide expert counsel on code of conduct, sanctions, export controls and competition laws.
Lead complex internal investigations affecting EMEA and APJ, including planning, interviewing and reporting.
Identify and integrate new technology into compliance processes (AI, data analytics, automation).
