Job summary

Nutanix is seeking an experienced Attorney and compliance leader to design and build a modern, scalable global compliance program in EMEA and APJ. Reporting to the VP, Ethics & Compliance, you will design processes that enable business, mitigate risk, and simplify compliance for colleagues, partners, and customers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic advisory, and the use of data analytics and AI to prevent violations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance or legal experience in global settings.
• Experience in EMEA/APJ regions required.
• Ability to build and lead a global compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Nutanix’s EMEA and APJ compliance program across regions.
• Manage a small team of two compliance program managers in EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional leaders, Finance, HR, and Legal to raise awareness and ensure compliance.
• Provide expert counsel on code of conduct, sanctions, export controls, and anti-bribery.
• Lead internal investigations and deliver clear investigative reports.
• Identify new tech opportunities (AI, analytics) to enhance compliance processes.
