DEPT is a Growth Invention company helping brands grow faster, delivering across Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. A Senior Digital Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams and manage AI-enabled digital initiatives for fast-moving clients.

You will bridge strategy, design, and development, thrive in ambiguity, and adapt to rapid change while coordinating up to six workstreams in a hybrid Toronto setting with EST hours.

Competenze

• Digital project management experience within a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record leading design teams (UX/UI, design systems, research) and engineering teams (custom web/app development, APIs, integrations).
• Hands-on experience with or strong curiosity about AI tools and generative workflows.
• Able to translate loose briefs and evolving goals into clear, actionable plans accommodating rapid change.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills for engineers, creative directors, and client executives alike.

Mansioni

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex web, AI and digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Structure complex, multi-threaded projects with milestones, sprint plans, and deliverables amid shifting requirements.
• Manage asset delivery for UX/UI designers and developers to ensure high-quality work on schedule.
• Lead a high-speed client, facilitate clear communication, and manage scope changes gracefully.
• Build, update and manage status documents and resource allocation and planning.
• Identify bottlenecks and clear road blocks for technical and creative teams, managing resources across workstreams.
