Job summary

Spektrum is seeking a seasoned DevSecOps professional to design, build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for mission‑critical on‑premises systems. You will work with project teams, architects and security stakeholders to deliver interoperable solutions that meet current and future operational needs.

The role requires 5+ years in DevSecOps, strong automation skills, and expertise with Docker/Kubernetes, IaC tools, and secure configuration. On-site work in the Netherlands is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in DevSecOps or related roles.
• Experience supporting on‑prem CIS environments.
• Hands‑on with secure CI/CD pipelines.
• IaC and automation experience (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Docker and Kubernetes with container security.
• Experience with secrets management and IAM.
• Fluent/ professional English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines on on-premises environments.
• Develop technical designs and install, configure and integrate DevSecOps components.
• Plan and run testing and acceptance activities, and support deployment and migration efforts.
• Build security controls and compliance into the software development lifecycle.
• Implement SAST, DAST, SCA and vulnerability management processes.
• Produce technical documentation and deployment procedures.
