Job summary

BUX is recruiting a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to shape the cloud infrastructure across teams, driving security-by-design and scalable platform foundations for millions of trades. You will lead Terraform/Kubernetes initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Security colleagues to embed controls into the platform for speed and safety.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Leadership level experience with proven ability to take ownership of projects from start to end.
• Experience with at least two of Kafka, CloudSQL (PostgreSQL & MySQL), and GitHub Actions.
• Solid experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management at scale.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and DevSecOps.
• Excellent command of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for BUX cloud infrastructure and set architectural standards for cloud-native solutions on GCP.
• Architect and implement highly available, low-latency cloud infrastructure for trading platforms and manage DR/backup strategies.
• Lead IaC initiatives with Terraform and evolve Kubernetes platforms for production workloads at scale.
• Own identity and access management with least-privilege design and secure secrets handling.
• Drive DevSecOps practices by standards for CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, and policy-as-code.
