Job summary

BUX B.V. is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Amsterdam-based team. You will shape our cloud technical direction, drive DevSecOps excellence, and mentor DevOps engineers to scale our platform powering millions of trades.

You will work with Security Engineering colleagues to integrate secure paths and controls, while leading from the front on infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and policy-as-code guardrails across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong senior technical leadership with ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and container orchestration.
• Excellent command of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the cloud infrastructure vision across teams.
• Architect highly available, low-latency infrastructure for trading platforms.
• Lead IaC initiatives and mature Kubernetes platforms for production workloads.
• Own IAM, secrets management, and policy-as-code guardrails.
• Secure the software supply chain with SBOM, signing, and provenance.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
