Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science.
• 7+ years of experience in technical software development across multiple roles and environments.
• Recent work in Semicon, Medical, or Analytical domains in the past 2 years.
• Extensive experience with DevOps technologies, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.
• Proven stakeholder management experience in complex client projects.
• Team player focused on delivering results.
• Affinity for innovation and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as DevOps expert and sparring partner for the team and the client.
• Lead architecture and platform discussions within the DevOps environment.
• Advise, persuade, and guide technical decisions.
• Inform stakeholders about progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of work.
• Drive the team's progress, planning, and priorities.
• Coordinate with group leaders on team performance and needs.
