Job summary

Zartis is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own AWS infrastructure for an AI-driven fintech project. You will bridge the gap between engineering and CloudOps, driving improvements while engineers focus on product development.

A senior profile with strong communication and proactive attitude is required to add value quickly, with high autonomy and reliable delivery. The role offers 100% remote work, WFH allowance, and a structured career growth program, along with training and mentoring

Qualifications

7+ years hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or senior role.
Strong AWS expertise and cloud ownership ability.
Experience bridging engineering and CloudOps/infrastructure teams.
High autonomy with minimal onboarding or supervision.
Experience with infrastructure refactoring and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of AWS infrastructure work for the product engineering team.
Bridge between the engineering team and CloudOps to ensure collaboration.
Lead infrastructure improvements, refactoring, and performance tuning initiatives.
Offload DevOps tasks from engineers so they can focus on product development.
Work autonomously to identify and resolve infra challenges with minimal supervision.
Contribute to reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure.
