Job summary

Brandnewwork is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to optimize demand and supply planning, driving sustainability and data-driven improvements. You will contribute to process improvements, ML initiatives, and Power BI enhancements.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to improve forecast accuracy and support new product launches in a global FMCG environment. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar.
• Proven work experience in Supply (chain) or Demand Planning.
• Proactive, able to make independent decisions and lead initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex data simply to senior management.
• Familiar with large datasets and automating tasks.
• Willingness to learn Python is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the 12-month forecast to increase accuracy.
• Analyze trends to improve forecast accuracy and make data-driven adjustments.
• Manage data within forecasting tools to improve baseline accuracy.
• Collaborate with R&D and Category Management on NPI forecasts.
• Support sales to improve demand planning input and accuracy.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders on total demand issues.
• Identify risks/opportunities for S&OP meetings.
