Job summary

Brandnewwork is seeking a Junior Demand & Supply Planner to join a fast-growing team in the Netherlands. You will maintain the 12-month forecast, support new product introductions, and collaborate with R&D, sales and international stakeholders to align demand and supply plans.

You will work closely with coordinators to improve tactical and strategic planning, manage data, and contribute to sustainability goals. English communication is essential, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a related field.
• Some work experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning.
• Proactive and able to lead initiatives.
• English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiar with large datasets and automation.
• Experience with Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the 12-month forecast to increase accuracy.
• Collaborate with R&D and Category Management on forecast data for NPI.
• Support sales teams to improve demand planning input and accuracy.
• Generate a weekly supply plan in coordination with demand planning.
