• Interest in technology and defence, with affinity to the Royal Netherlands Army and/or the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps.
• Ability to build relationships and act as a bridge between stakeholders; adaptable across audiences and international environments.
• Think strategically while driving short-term actions and guiding collaborations with government and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver innovative solutions for land and amphibious operations in collaboration with Defence, industry, and research partners.
• Engage with the Ministry of Defence and industry partners to translate knowledge into practical, deployable capabilities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in national and international contexts.
• Stay informed on developments in the field by engaging with conferences, stakeholders, and field visits.
