Job summary

Vertage is building a modern, cloud-native data platform to support workforce analytics and AI-enabled solutions across Europe, the UK, US and APAC. We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Modeler to own Data Vault 2.0 modelling across core business domains and translate business concepts into robust, reusable data models.

You will work with stakeholders including the CBO and Data Engineering to design hubs, links, satellites and gold records, ensuring consistency across regions and enabling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise data modelling experience.
• Proven track record with Data Vault 2.0 modelling.
• Experience translating business concepts into scalable data models.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Data Vault 2.0 models across global data platform.
• Translate business concepts into clear data models and definitions.
• Design hubs, links, satellites, Raw Vault and Business Vault structures.
• Define keys, hash strategies and reconciliation logic.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to implement models in Databricks.
• Maintain documentation and support cross-region consistency.
