Job summary

Sia is recruiting senior consultants for its data science team to lead complex models and analytics projects in collaboration with other practices. You will develop offerings, publish insights, and pursue new opportunities while managing client relationships and project delivery.

You will supervise consultants, guide deliverables, and foster the growth of both hard and soft skills within the team. The role blends technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering (applied mathematics, IT or similar).
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Strong interest in data/AI topics and capability to build expertise quickly.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• English and Dutch communication/presentation skills.
• Interest in Data science and related sectors such as Energy and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen our offers through training, working groups, and dissemination of media.
• Contribute to the publication plan and represent the firm at clubs, exhibitions and events.
• Develop commercial proposals and identify new collaboration opportunities with clients.
• Manage end-to-end projects with regular reporting to management and clients.
• Maintain client relationships at middle-management level and serve as expert reference for sites.
• Supervise consultants and ensure delivery quality and skills development.
