Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group focused on data-driven solutions. We are recruiting Senior Consultants specializing in Data Engineering to lead client engagements, co-design data solutions, and ensure successful delivery from strategy to execution.

You will work across data architecture, cloud platforms, and DataOps, mentoring teams and driving business development through strong stakeholder management. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field with substantial programming.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent academic research).
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French fluency is a must; German is a nice-to-have.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Data Engineering and DataOps.
• Strong communication, adaptability and entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and co-design data engineering solutions with clients.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure impactful project delivery from strategy through execution.
• Mentor junior to medior consultants and support professional growth.
• Develop and enhance Data Engineering offerings through internal training and publications.
• Represent Sia at professional events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
