Job summary

A leading subsea solutions provider in Dordrecht is seeking a Senior Data Processor to transform raw survey data into high-quality deliverables. The role involves monitoring hydrographic survey data, creating procedures, and ensuring optimal data quality. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Hydrography and at least 5 years of experience. Qualifications

Job description

Are you a detail-oriented hydrographic data specialist with a passion for transforming raw survey data into high-quality deliverables? N-Sea is looking for an experienced Senior Data Processor to reinforce our data-driven operations.

You ensure that raw data is converted into final products in line with N-Sea’s standards and project-specific requirements. Working from our headquarters in Dordrecht, remotely, and occasionally offshore, you will support both the Data Centre and offshore vessels in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • QC, process, interpret and monitor hydrographic survey data within a supervised project environment in accordance with N-Sea procedures;
  • Present and report survey data to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide support to offshore teams and collaborate closely to ensure optimal data quality;
  • Communicate with project team members to enhance short-term data quality;
  • Liaise with the Head of Data Centre to optimize long-term data flows and processing procedures;
  • Create new procedures and work instructions related to data processing when required;
  • Act as an advisor to tender and operational teams;
  • Allocate work orders and ensure timely execution of project requirements;
  • Process data using QINSy, EIVA Suite and/or BeamworX software;
  • Develop procedures and training programs for junior staff;
  • Maintain accuracy and ensure high-quality standards in all deliverables;
  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
