Job summary

Orbisk, an AI-native data platform company reducing food waste, invites you to own our end-to-end data infrastructure in Amsterdam. You’ll design, build and scale the data pipelines that feed AI models, dashboards, and customer tools, ensuring reliable, real-time data flows from edge devices to BigQuery.

You’ll collaborate with AI specialists, software engineers and data analysts, embrace IaC with Terraform, and push for architecture that scales across thousands of kitchens worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering or related field.
• AI-native mindset with data-first approach.
• Strong Python and SQL, plus GCP expertise.
• Experience with BigQuery, ELT pipelines and data warehousing.
• Ability to scale infra using IaC and container tech.
• Excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to analytics.
• Architect and scale AI-ready data warehouses on GCP.
• Collaborate with AI specialists, software engineers and data analysts.
• Implement and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure and CI/CD.
• Ensure data quality and real-time data delivery to operators.
