Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI and data solutions, seeks a Data Architect in the Netherlands to design scalable big data architectures and data pipelines. You will translate business and regulatory needs into robust data models and governance frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable data platforms.

You will drive architecture decisions, champion data quality and security, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence within an agile delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and data products.
• Translate business, control and regulatory requirements into robust technical designs, governed data models and fit-for-purpose BI solutions.
• Design and implement reliable ETL/ELT processes for batch and streaming workloads with data quality, lineage and traceability controls.
• Lead technical solution design and provide reusable blueprints that improve scalability, maintainability and compliance.
