Job summary

S&P Global Netherlands seeks a Senior Analyst, Data Integration & Workflows to design and deliver production-grade data pipelines and workflow automation for index and analytics solutions. You will lead complex data integration, mentor engineers, ensure enterprise standards, and drive operational excellence across value streams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or related technical roles with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles, including mentoring engineers and leading complex initiatives.
• Experience in financial services, index management, or similar data-intensive industries preferred.
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT design patterns, data pipeline architecture, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, SQL, Scala, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data integration and workflow automation initiatives from design through production deployment.
• Design and implement production-grade data pipelines (batch and streaming) with robust error handling and data quality controls.
• Establish and evangelize engineering best practices for ETL/ELT patterns and observability.
• Lead technical decision-making on pipeline architecture, technology selection, and design patterns.
• Mentor SMEs and build reusable automation components and templates.
