Job summary

The Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM) seeks a Lead Data Analyst to act as senior technical authority in the Data Analytics & Reporting unit. The role drives complex analytics projects, dashboards, and data standards while mentoring junior team members.

You will work on scalable Power BI solutions, data governance, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting for donors and operations in Woerden, NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, BI, and reporting.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI (Desktop and Service), advanced DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills and relational modeling. Familiarity with Python or R is desirable.
• Experience with data warehouse concepts, ETL, and ERP systems.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority and coordinate delivery of analytics projects.
• Architect, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Define data standards, governance, and QA across dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT/Data Engineering to optimize data warehouses and data pipelines.
• Support performance measurement and reporting for internal stakeholders and donors.
