Job summary

Vio, a fast-growing travel tech platform, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own supply analytics and partner with Supply Partnerships managers to make every supplier conversation data-driven. You will be the analytical backbone of the team, building self-serve dashboards and tools that help partnerships managers answer questions independently and drive commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience using data to drive commercial or product decisions.
• Strong ownership mindset: you have owned metrics, reporting or a business domain end-to-end before.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience building data models and dashboards (Looker, Tableau or similar).
• Experience building tools or reports for non-technical stakeholders, and the empathy to make them genuinely usable.
• Comfortable constructing business cases: sizing opportunities, modelling scenarios, making a clear recommendation.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing and basic statistics.
• Excellent communicator, experienced in managing internal (and ideally external) stakeholder relationships.
• Able to independently lead ambiguous, high-impact analytical projects.
• Experience building LLM-based tools for data work (agents, assistants, text-to-SQL, prompt-engineered workflows) or, at minimum, a genuine desire and demonstrated initiative to develop this skill set.

Responsibilities

• Own supply performance metrics: define and monitor KPIs (bookings, GBV, commissions, availability, price competitiveness, cancellation behaviour).
• Build self-serve dashboards, reports and analytical tools for partnerships managers.
• Develop LLM-powered self-serve tools to answer data questions and support provider negotiations.
• Standardise measurement and communication of provider performance.
• Run experiments and design business cases for commercial negotiations and new provider integrations.
• Raise analytics maturity by sharing knowledge and best practices.
