FrieslandCampina is seeking a Senior Process Development Specialist in Wageningen, NL. You will lead design, development and optimization of dairy processing systems with emphasis on preservation and CIP, using data-driven insights to boost performance.

You will collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality and factories to drive innovative solutions across the network and build process capability throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in dairy or food process technology and a strong background in process development.
• Solid technical expertise in Preservation and CIP technology and understanding of its factory impact.
• Ability to lead on complex, highly visible projects and align stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own complex process design and development from concept to factory implementation.
• Guide and coach teammates to build process engineering capability.
• Translate product and production requirements into practical dairy process concepts.
• Develop and improve preservation processes focusing on performance, quality and safety.
• Apply CIP and hygienic engineering principles to new and modified lines.
• Use process data to create dashboards and KPIs for fact-based decisions.
• Provide process technology leadership for projects typically below €10M.
