Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a (Senior) Lab Technician in Delft, Netherlands, to join their Dairy Application Team. In this role, you’ll run trials, create prototypes, and assess physical properties, contributing to healthier, tastier dairy and plant-based products in an innovation-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology, practical UHT operation experience, and be motivated to collaborate within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of practical UHT operation experience in a lab context.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple experiments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trials by setting up test equipment and arranging materials.
• Plan and execute laboratory trials to develop applications.
• Collect and analyze data from various types of analyses.
• Report results and contribute to further development.
