Job summary

Colosseum Dental Group is seeking a Senior D365 F&O Application Specialist to drive global finance implementations across 11 countries. You will lead design, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare, while collaborating with finance, IT and operations teams to ensure process standardisation and value delivery.

You will work across Treasury, P2P, AP/AR and reporting, travel occasionally to support on-site deployments and provide knowledge transfer to local finance teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a D365 F&O functional consultant.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Finance and Accounting modules.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle D365 F&O implementations (design, config, test, go-live, support).
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support D365 F&O implementations across several countries from design to go-live.
• Translate finance requirements into D365 F&O configurations with cross-functional teams.
• Support and improve existing D365 F&O implementations and integrated subsystems (Treasury, P2P, AP/AR).
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure end-to-end process design in finance and operations.
• Prepare functional docs, configure the system, assist testing, and deliver training to local teams.
• Bridge between local country teams and central implementation team, ensuring clear communication.
