Job summary

Sia is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to work on cyber strategy, risk, compliance, operations and resilience initiatives for diverse clients. You will contribute to SaaS development, act as a cybersecurity trainer, publish insights, and drive new business opportunities in an international setting.

You will also manage projects, supervise consultants, and maintain strong client relationships while leveraging the firm’s AI capabilities and CyberLab innovations.

Qualifications

• You have a Master’s degree in engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• You have 3–6 years relevant consulting experience, especially in cybersecurity projects.
• You are keen on data and AI topics and enjoy building domain expertise quickly.
• You possess knowledge in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and Power Shell.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects for boards, executives, and transformations.
• Develop and mentor cybersecurity capabilities, SaaS offerings and PoCs.
• Develop client proposals and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Manage projects end-to-end and supervise junior to senior staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and report progress.
