Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe is seeking a Senior Analyst for Customer Experience and Marketing Performance in Amsterdam, hybrid work arrangement, and a 12‑month fixed term contract. You will act as the primary analytical partner for the Marketing organisation, integrating data from multiple sources and delivering actionable insights to drive commercial growth.

You will build dashboards, measure customer journeys, and support strategic decisions with robust analytics, including GA4, MMM, and A/B

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years' experience in data analytics or marketing analytics.
• Experience in a multi-market or international environment.
• Beneficial experience in healthcare or veterinary services.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Funnel.io.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, reporting and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making across Marketing.
• Connect marketing performance to commercial outcomes and demonstrate revenue impact of campaigns.
• Support budgeting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop dashboards and establish a single source of truth for marketing metrics.
• Create insights by translating data into clear stories for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Design and support incrementality testing and MMM analyses.
• Analyse customer retention and lifetime value to optimise investments.
