Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE) is seeking a Customer Experience and Marketing Performance, Senior Analyst in Amsterdam (hybrid: two days in the office). You will unite data sources to measure marketing performance, drive commercial insights, and support growth across MVHE markets.

You will translate complex analyses into clear narratives for stakeholders, building dashboards and establishing a single source of truth for CX and marketing metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in data analytics, performance measurement, marketing analytics or similar role.
• Experience in a multi-market or international environment.
• Advanced experience with SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with marketing and web analytics tools, ideally including Funnel.io.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, customer modelling and segmentation.
• Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing and marketing attribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, reporting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across the Marketing function.
• Connect marketing performance to commercial outcomes, helping demonstrate the incremental revenue impact of campaigns.
• Support trading optimisation, budget planning and forecasting.
• Identify emerging trends, performance risks and commercial opportunities across MVHE.
• Provide insight that helps teams make better decisions around investment, customer acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain dashboards for senior stakeholders with daily, weekly and monthly visibility.
• Establish a single source of truth for key marketing metrics and data quality.
