Suntory Holdings Limited in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Category Manager to lead the category agenda for major retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium, translating shopper insights into actionable recommendations. Based in the Netherlands, you will partner with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize assortment, space, pricing and in-store activation.

Formación

• Experience in Category Management, Customer Marketing or a related FMCG/retail role.
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations and stories.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to build new retailer relationships.
• Good understanding of the Dutch retail landscape and market data usage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the customer category agenda for priority retailers in NL and BE.
• Translate complex data into practical, persuasive recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with retail buyers and category teams.
• Recommend assortment, range, pricing, shelf space and planograms.
• Support range reviews, Joint Business Planning and sell-in stories.
• Develop in-store recommendations linking assortment, visibility and activation.
• Ensure Perfect Store execution in collaboration with Field Sales.
• Prepare and present opportunities to customers with KAMs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Insights and Finance on growth.
• Track commercial impact of category initiatives and refine plans.
