DataSnipper is seeking a Former Auditor - Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts and translate audit knowledge into value for audit teams. You will lead onboarding, QBRs, health monitoring, and renewals with credibility and predictability, leveraging your audit background to accelerate adoption.

• Audit domain knowledge and experience applying CS in audit contexts.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles in B2B SaaS with audit exposure.
• Ability to design onboarding and training mapped to audit workflows.
• Strong execution, reliability, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication across audit and CS contexts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Credible Audit Advisor: partner with Audit Managers and engagement leads, translate DataSnipper capabilities into audit language.
• Drive Adoption Aligned to Audit Workflows: run onboarding and training grounded in audit tasks and evidence management.
• Manage Account Health with Audit Context: monitor signals and respond with appropriate context.
• Build Audit-Grounded Success Plans: connect capabilities to engagement efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Communicate ROI in Audit Terms: articulate business impact with audit-focused metrics and ROI cases.
• Support Expansion Using Domain Knowledge: surface credible growth opportunities within service lines and engagement types.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Audit Insight: share workflow intelligence with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering.
• Contribute Audit Knowledge to the Team: help peers with audit context and questions.
• Maintain Systems and Portfolio Data: keep data accurate for reliable reporting.
