Jobgether SRL seeks a Compliance Officer specializing in cryptoasset regulation, based in the Netherlands with remote-first work. You will drive FCA and MiCA CASP initiatives, design governance documentation, and coordinate with ICT on DORA compliance for cryptoasset services.

Responsibilities include regulatory submissions, policy development, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of EU/UK cryptoasset regimes. International collaboration and strong English drafting skills are essential.

Formación

• At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience focused on authorization, licensing, policy development, and governance.
• Experience with cryptoasset regulatory regimes (MiCA/CASP, UK FCA or equivalent) required.
• Proven ability to author substantial regulatory documentation and explain regulators' feedback.
• Knowledge of TFR/Travel Rule and blockchain analytics controls advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FCA cryptoasset regulatory applications and post‑authorization activities.
• Implement MiCA CASP licensing obligations and governance to regulators.
• Develop regulatory policies, risk assessments, and governance documentation.
• Document frameworks for TFR and Travel Rule and ensure regulatory oversight.
• Coordinate with ICT on DORA and digital resilience for cryptoasset services.
• Conduct regulatory assessments of new cryptoassets, networks, and counterparties.
• Draft regulatory submissions, narratives, and responses to inquiries.
• Monitor legislative developments and translate requirements into practical frameworks.
