Adelaer Financial Architects seeks an experienced advisor to acquire and manage real estate financing clients. You will collaborate with internal analysts who prepare teasers and support you throughout the process.

You will meet weekly with colleagues to refine market approaches and ensure top-tier service, delivering tailored financing strategies for portfolios and development projects.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities required.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Dutch.
• Team player who can set priorities and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Submitting new and maintaining ongoing applications.
• Coordinating credit proposals, analyzing information and assessing real estate related risk.
• Maintaining (international) banking relationships.
• Monitoring and promoting effective service delivery and proper execution of client agreements.
• Achieving established operational and commercial targets.
