Job summary

Adelaer Financial Architects seeks a Finance student to join as an intern in our high-end financing and brokerage boutique. You will learn to manage credit risks of the loan portfolio and support senior advisors in preparing and following up on financial transactions.

You’ll be introduced to analyst tasks such as developing credit proposals, analyzing real estate and market data, and ensuring high data quality within our systems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Finance degree at Tilburg University.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Interest in valuation models, financial real estate operations, market research and data warehouse models.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing credit risk within the loan portfolio and support senior advisors in commercial preparation of transactions.
• Develop credit proposals and analyze real estate, financial quality and market position.
• Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to client agreements and internal processes.
• Proactively manage the assigned client portfolio including periodic reviews and data quality in client and loan systems.
• Support achievement of defined operational and commercial targets.
• Organize and analyze relationship, prospect, and industry data for senior advisor meetings.
• Translate market trends into credit actions for risk management of the portfolio.
