Job summary

WEP Clinical is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee on-site and remote monitoring under GCP and SOPs. You will manage site relationships, ensure data integrity, and support study documentation with a focus on quality and patient safety.

You will lead feasibility, monitoring visits, and training for CRAs, while traveling up to 80% as needed. A life sciences or related degree and 5–7+ years of monitoring experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• 5–7+ years’ experience in on-site and remote monitoring visits or equivalent.
• Senior CRA levels: SCRA I/II with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site and remote monitoring in accordance with GCP and SOPs.
• Lead site feasibility, SIVs, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Train and mentor clinical research staff; coordinate CRA activities.
