Job summary

IQVIA in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate for our single-sponsor FSP model. The role covers Oncology, Neurology, Immunology and Diabetes, with approximately 6–9 on-site days per month and flexible, home-based working when possible.

You will be assigned a dedicated Line Manager, train sites on the protocol, generate monitoring visit reports, and help recruit patients. A life sciences degree, 3+ years on-site monitoring, full driving license, and fluency in

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences.
• At least 3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Full and clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Site management and monitoring activities across the country.
• Work with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan.
• Provide protocol and study training to the assigned sites.
• Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans.
• If appropriate, co-monitor, train and mentor junior members of the team.
