Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for our FSP team in the Netherlands. You will manage site monitoring across the country for 1-2 protocols, with focus areas including Oncology, Neurology, Immunology and/or Diabetes, ensuring high-quality data and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Experience with multiple protocols across drug indications.
• Strong GCP knowledge.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and hold a full driving license.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Site management and monitoring activities across the country.
• Work with sites to drive and track subject recruitment plan.
• Provide protocol and study training to the assigned sites.
• Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans.
• Co-monitor, train and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
