Job summary

Eaton seeks an experienced in-house lawyer to lead end-to-end contracting for data center projects. You will partner with sales and delivery teams, own contract strategy, and negotiate high-value deals.

You will develop standard contract frameworks, drive process improvements, manage external counsel, and support M&A or partnerships. Fluent English is required; hybrid work and international scope offered.

Qualifications

• Legal degree and qualified lawyer required.
• At least 10 years’ legal experience in contract drafting and negotiation (in a law-firm and/or in-house).

Responsibilities

• Own the full contract lifecycle for high-value customer contracts for data center projects.
• Lead negotiations with hyperscalers, colocation operators, main contractors and large enterprises.
• Act as the primary legal business partner to sales and project delivery teams.
