Home is a social-first creative agency known for brands like IKEA, Zalando, HelloFresh and more. We’re seeking a Senior Content Creative to lead the content approach across our client portfolio and ensure work resonates culturally.

You will mentor a team of content creatives, oversee the end-to-end social presence, and guard our creative vision, keeping output authentic to communities we serve and aligned with Home’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a content creator in a fast-paced agency.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; native-level Dutch for local clients.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Committed to inclusive working practices and high-quality output.

Responsibilities
