Job summary

IG&H in the Netherlands seeks a RELEX Consultant to implement the RELEX platform for retailers, aligning the system with space and assortment needs.

You will guide clients from analysis to go-live and post-implementation support, leveraging RELEX to deliver measurable business impact. The role involves collaboration with RELEX teams, travel to client sites, and contributing to expanding the RELEX proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail consulting and/or RELEX projects.
• Excellent communication in Polish and English, with ability to align stakeholders and support executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into smart and scalable RELEX configurations.
• Configure RELEX Space & Assortment based on future-state business processes.
• Independently deliver configurations in line with RELEX best practices.
• Support development and presentation of proposals for prospective RELEX clients.

What will you do?

As a RELEX Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing the RELEX platform for our clients. You will ensure that the system is fully aligned with business needs, for space and assortment.

You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients throughout the entire journey, from the initial analysis to successful go-live and post-implementation support. You understand exactly how to leverage RELEX to deliver maximum business impact

In addition, you will:

• Translate client requirements into smart and scalable RELEX configurations.
• Work closely with RELEX, client teams, and internal specialists.
• Configure RELEX Space & Assortment (S&A) based on future-state business processes.
• Independently deliver configurations in line with RELEX best practices.
• Actively contribute to building and expanding the RELEX proposition within the organization.
• Support the development and presentation of proposals for prospective RELEX clients.

• Comfortable supporting sales activities, developing proposals, and engaging in business development discussions with prospective clients.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across the Netherlands and internationally, depending on project needs.
