Job summary

Ardinois is seeking a Senior Consultant to walk into boardrooms, diagnose what’s broken, and translate it into an actionable data and AI roadmap. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients, guiding engagements end-to-end and shaping how we work from day one.

You’ll lead workshops, design data platforms and AI use cases, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with leadership to land implementations in the real world.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data, analytics, or AI—ideally in large enterprise and consulting contexts
• Proven ability to own a client relationship and deliver results independently
• Strong command of modern data infrastructure (cloud platforms, data lakes, ML pipelines)
• Experience with change management and operating model design—not just the tech stack
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Job description

We're looking for a Senior Consultant who can walk into a boardroom, understand what's broken, and translate it into an actionable data and AI roadmap. You'll work directly with enterprise clients — diagnosing their operating model, designing their Intelligence Factory, and making sure implementations actually land.

This is a hands‑on role. You'll lead client engagements end‑to‑end, not hand off to a delivery team. You bring structure to ambiguity, and you know when to push back.

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands
