Job summary

Infosys Consulting - Europe is seeking Dutch-speaking Agile transformation and delivery professionals to join the Benelux team. The role is based in Amsterdam or Brussels with international mobility across Europe.

You will drive agile engagements, coach teams, and support Lean Portfolio Management across client programs. The successful candidate has 2+ years in Agile delivery, strong English and Dutch/German language skills, and a track record of delivering value in fast-paced, diverse

Responsibilities

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including SAFe, DAD and LeSS.
• Undertake agile delivery engagements as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner.
• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement.
• Own client deliverables to ensure timely outcomes.
• Advise client leaders and support other consultants within the WX practice.
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, IP and methods/tools.

About your role

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
• Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the WX practice
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools

• We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
• 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
• Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
• In addition to English which is our main operating language, business level fluency in Dutch or German is must.
• While your base location will be Amsterdam or Brussels, you are eagerly seeking to join an internationally-mobile European team.
