Responsibilities

• Underwrite Construction risks and assess technical acceptance documents.
• Lead senior team members and represent the unit externally.
• Ensure quality control through quantitative assessments and peer reviews.
• Contribute to underwriting strategy, forecasting and portfolio management.
• Develop multiline products meeting market needs.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and brokers.
• Drive growth and profitability while delivering excellent service.
• Support and develop other underwriters and handle referrals.
