Job summary

Chubb Netherlands is seeking an experienced Financial Institutions Leader to drive the strategic development and performance of its Financial Institutions portfolio across the Benelux region. This senior role will be reporting directly to the Financial Lines Manager.

You will shape and execute the segment strategy, oversee a diversified portfolio across banks, insurers and asset managers, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and underwriting discipline.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within Financial Institutions underwriting or related field (banking, insurance, asset management).
• Solid understanding of Financial Lines products and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Financial Institutions strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Manage and grow a diversified portfolio across banks, insurers and asset managers.
• Strengthen relationships with key brokers and clients at a senior level.
• Ensure disciplined underwriting, portfolio profitability and risk management.
