Job summary
Turner & Townsend in the Netherlands is seeking a pragmatic and hands-on Manager Construction Supervision & QSHE to support capital programmes in logistics and energy transition sectors. The role combines construction supervision for a €20 million warehouse and EV charging hub with QSHE oversight on a national EV charging rollout.

Qualifications
- HBO degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 5–10 years in construction supervision or site management.
- Experience with contractor/consultancy environments.
- Knowledge of Dutch regulations and HSE requirements.
- Fluent Dutch and professional English.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as day‑to‑day site representative during the construction phase.
- Monitor contractor performance against programme, quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate site inspections, progress reviews and stakeholder interactions.
- Identify risks, issues and opportunities, and support mitigation activities.
- Review construction methodologies and site logistics plans.
- Monitor compliance with permits and design requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Provide regular project reports to the client and management team.
